El Monumental de Nuñez or River Plate Stadium in Buenos Aires. Biggest futbal stadium in Argentina, home to the River Plate (Rio Plato) athletic club. 1st game in the 19 game season against Colon. Match was 2-2. Like the bunch of New Yorkers in my group, who been to Yankee Stadium many times: "we have never experience such a thing." It was unbelievable the drums, chanting and magnitude of ethusiasm of the Argentine people. You really could feel the passion and core of the heart of the Argentine people. When the chant was translated to me, I was pretty amazed how bold the words were. Too impolite to repeat here. But trust me, it was an experience!
